I currently need several properties suitable for development into;

• Single family residential development sites,
• Multi family residential development sites,
• Commercial oriented development sites,

Suitable properties should have a minimum value upon build-out of approximately $5,000,000.00, up to approx. $25,000,000.00... locations throughout Greater Vancouver can be considered ... some of my Clients can also undertake larger projects. If you have a smaller property, I can also be of service to you.

In an effort to demonstrate my sincerity and credibility, I've put together some samples of my work (below)... in these transactions, I've acted either in the capacity of a Listing / Marketing Agent or a Selling / Acquisition Agent.
